Fit For A Bride

I get married next year so as you can imagine I was very anxious!!! My mother in law to be told me about an article she saw in a a magazine about Bridgeen king! So I phoned and got an appointment! Bridgeen is a very down to earth person and she made me feel at ease.I was so nervous about going but as soon as I walked through the door the nerves left! Bridgeen said it was stress related and gave me alfaparf shampoo and scalp care oil! I started to wash my hair once a week, with just this shampoo and use the oil every other day!
