Alopecia Areata

I noticed in Jan 19 a patch in my hair. The Drs didn't seem to concerned but it was getting bigger and bigger. They said it was alopecia areata caused by stress. My head was very itchy and tingly/ nothing at all was working. I was beginning to stress as my hair was all thinning at the front and was just in horrible condition. I had a very stressful year previous and this was obviously affecting my hair as well as an under active thyroid.
